Depot Container Acceptance Procedure

• No containers shall be accepted into the depot without written authority from the container owner
• Upon gate-in, container condition shall be checked. The depot reserves the right to reject any container infected with extreme hazardous materials.
• EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) shall be completed and signed by the depot and trucker’s representative for each container gate-in. Information on the EIR shall include

     – Container prefix and number
     – Date of delivery
     – Depot name
     – Owner’s name
     – Owner’s trucker and signature
     – License plate number of truck
     – Container manufacture date
     – Container condition – damaged or available
     – Depot’s representative signature
